(if a harmonized standard or a National/European Technical Assessment applies and the manufacturer or production site is located abroad)

  • Discussion of the applicable standard or NMÉ/ETA-based project

  • Coordination of test points defined by the standard or tests specified in the Work Programme

  • Alignment with procedures applied by ÉMI Nonprofit Kft.

• Preparation of the initial type testing and factory production control documentation in parallel (in English)

• Definition of production processes at the manufacturer’s site (via Teams or on-site – subject to extra charge)

• One in-person consultation at the client’s site (subject to extra charge)

• Finalization of the factory production control manual (after completion of type or lab testing, in English)

• Consultation with the client regarding standard or NMÉ/ETA requirements

• If no lab is available at the manufacturer: obtaining lab offers / if a lab is available: identifying necessary measuring equipment and calibration requirements

• Determination of required tests under the “System 2+” scheme

  • If requested by the client, laboratory tests arranged (subject to extra charge)

• Preparation of the declaration of performance in accordance with EU Regulation 305/2011 Annex III or Government Decree 275/2013

• Conducting 1 internal audit (subject to extra charge)

• Preparation of related documentation (in case of deviations, agreement on corrective actions and verification of implementation)

• Handover of complete documentation to the client

• Verification of the existence of required template documents

• Client notification about the delivered documentation
